Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Connectapicloud educational access purchased through our enrollment process. This website does not process payments; refunds are handled against the invoice or purchase channel used at enrollment.
1. Eligibility
Self-paced Ledger Desk and Settlement Floor purchases are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation within 14 days of access being granted and you have completed no more than two modules and have not attended a live clinic.
2. Partial refunds
If you have progressed beyond two modules but are within 30 days of access grant, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of fees paid for that access level, at our discretion, when technical delivery failures on our side prevented reasonable use.
3. Carrier Atelier and team seats
Private cohort fees are refundable in full if cancelled at least 10 business days before the kickoff session. Later cancellations may receive a credit toward a future cohort within 12 months rather than cash, unless we cancel the engagement.
4. Single Clinic Pass
Clinic-only seats are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the session start. No-shows are non-refundable. We will transfer you once to a later public clinic if you notify us before the session begins.
5. Non-refundable items
- Completed clinic attendance fees after the session has started.
- Custom lab packaging or on-site facilitation already delivered.
- Third-party examination or certification fees if ever bundled by request.
- Access periods that have fully expired.
6. How to request a refund
Email contact@connectapicloud.digital with your full name, invoice or enrollment reference, program name, and reason. You may also call 886-6-2612175. We acknowledge requests within two business days.
7. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer for purchase-order invoices. Currency conversion differences and bank fees charged by your institution are outside our control.
8. Cancellations by Connectapicloud
If we cancel a cohort or permanently withdraw a program before you receive agreed access, you may choose a full refund or transfer to an equivalent offering.
9. Exceptions
Mandatory consumer cooling-off rights that apply in your jurisdiction take precedence over this Policy where they provide stronger protection. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in access termination and collection of unpaid balances.
